Evidence integrity

The public data root detects changes to the published dataset but does not replace signed releases, source history, or independent reproduction. Reviews are evidence—not certification, warranty, or assurance of universal safety.

Funding integrity

Wallet- or project-directed donations remain earmarked. Matching-pool funds are accounted for separately and require published allocation criteria, caps, approvers, destination, rationale, and reversion rules.

Custody

The site, CI, Hermes, and review agents must not hold unrestricted treasury signing keys. Public payment channels remain disabled until receive information and accounting are independently verified.
